An Ode to CS Discussion
Or, One of the Worst Poems Ever Written

Number 144

February 25, 2000

I cannot help but sit here bored,
           Though this class I chose,
For a waste of time I deplore,
And I'd rather sit writing prose.

A waste of time I call this,
           But I can't—I must attend,
Paid for this class I can't miss,
           That I like this I can't pretend.

This lousy poem goes to show,
           Just how bored I am,
It's not the T.A.'s fault though—
That CS lectures are like spam.
